Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Greek Yogurt (or vanilla)
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 cup non-fat milk or almond milk
- 1-2 tbl maple syrup
- 3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 apple… (SHHH .. secret ingredient to make it sweet!)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- Using a blender or Ninja, combine all items and blend on High for 2-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
- Serve immediately
