This breakfast helped me lose the last of my "baby weight" after my youngest child was born. I've kept drinking it because it's so healthy and tastes so good!


  • 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
  • 1 cup low-fat soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Mixed Berries and Soy Milk Smoothie


In a blender, combine the yogurt, berries, soy milk, wheat germ, and flaxseed oil. Process until smooth and frosty.
