  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Greek Yogurt (or vanilla)
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup non-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1-2 tbl maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 apple... (SHHH .. secret ingredient to make it sweet!)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)  


  1. Using a blender or Ninja, combine all items and blend on High for 2-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
  2. Serve immediately
